THE TOWN THAT HOPE BUILT
The Town that HOPE Built is a vibrant visual narrative illustrating the power of collective progress. Created for HOPE Enterprise Corporation’s new Economic Empowerment Center and credit union branch located within Jackson’s emerging Tech District, the mural transforms the building into a beacon of renewal for a once blighted corridor of downtown.
Rather than focusing on individual figures, the piece zooms out to reveal a thriving townscape with storefronts, homes, and public spaces that tell stories of access, resilience, and opportunity. Every detail embodies HOPE’s mission that investment in people and place can reshape communities from the ground up. Serving as both centerpiece and symbol, The Town that HOPE Built stands as a visual anchor for economic growth, collaboration, and the belief that progress is possible for all.
